The accused Radiša VASIĆ concluded an Agreement on Admission of Guilt for the committed criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH as well as the criminal offense of Unauthorized Production and Sale of Intoxicating Drugs under Article 224, Paragraph 1 of the CC RS.
The accused Radiša VASIĆ- born on August 10, 1991 in Bijeljina where he resides, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - entered into plea agreement with the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crimes and Corruption within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
By virtue of signing the agreement the accused VASIĆ fully admitted committing the criminal offense he was charged with by the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued on December 22, 2012.
Prosecutor agrees that pursuant to the agreement the accused be rendered an imprisonment sentence of two (2) years by the Court of BiH that shall not be executed providing that he does not commit another criminal offense within the period of five (5) years.
The proposed sentence is in line with the role of the accused in commission of the criminal offense listed in the indictment of the Vlada Ilić et al. Case.
With this agreement the accused person confirms that he is aware of the content of the indictment issued by the BiH Prosecutor's Office. He also confirms that the plea statement was given voluntarily, knowingly, with full understanding of the legal consequences thereof in accordance with Article 231 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
By virtue of signing the plea agreement the accused has pledged to testify before the Court of BiH when summoned.
Pursuant to this agreement the accused has waived his right to a trial and appeal to the criminal sanction that shall be rendered to him by the Court of BiH.
The agreement was submitted to the Court of BiH.
