PURSUANT TO THE PROTOCOL ON COOPERATION, THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH HAS REQUESTED THE OFFICE OF THE WAR CRIMES PROSECUTOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA TO DELIVER THE LIST OF PERSONS, BiH CITIZENS, FOR WHOM THE SERBIAN AUTHORITIES HAVE ISSUED ARREST WARRA

On March 22, 2013 the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has requested the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia to, pursuant to the Protocol on cooperation in prosecution of perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide signed between the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia, deliver a copy of evidence in the case involving BiH citizen Samir Hondo, born on 29.12.1966. in Konjic, who was arrested on March 20, 2013 at Badovinci - border crossing between the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of war crimes in the war camp "Čelebići" located in Konjic municipality.

In order to facilitate the implementation of the Protocol, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH requested the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia to also deliver a list of persons, citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, for whom the authorities of the Republic of Serbia have issued arrest warrants and who are suspected of having committed such criminal offenses on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
