The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody of a person suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Trafficking in Persons under Article 186 and the criminal offense of International Procuring in Prostitution under Article 187 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The suspected person, for whom the Assigned Prosecutor requested custody, was deprived of liberty in Busovača on February 26, 2013 by authorized members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA.
After questioning the suspect, the Assigned Prosecutor filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody of the suspect Z.A. (1985) from Busovača, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Prosecutor requested custody on grounds stipulated in Article 132, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs b) and c) of the CPC BiH.
