The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Elvedina HINDIĆ charging her with the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a of the Criminal Code of BiH.
Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Elvedina HINDIĆ, born on November 1, 1961 in Jablanica where she resides, citizen of BiH.
The accused Elvedina HINDIĆ is charged with having processed raw coffee i.e. roasted, ground, weighed and packed it, in the premises of her family house which is not registered to perform such activities, and with having sold the product at the market stall in Jablanica.
As alleged in the indictment, Elvedina HINDIĆ has, on July 27, 2012, placed on the market and sold coffee that was not marked by excise stamps in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, hence the officers of the ITA RC Mostar confiscated the goods i.e. 404 kg of raw coffee beans 22.20 kg of roasted coffee beans, 79 pieces of aluminum packaging and 600 pieces of PVC packaging.
The accused Elvedina HINDIĆ is charged with having illegally marketed excisable products that were not labeled with control and tax stamps in the manner prescribed by the legislation of BiH, thereby committing the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
