PROTOCOL ON COOPERATION OF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH AND THE OFFICE OF THE WAR CRIMES PROSECUTOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA SIGNED

On January 31, 2013 in Brussels, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia signed the

P R O T O C O L
of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina
and the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia  on Cooperation in Prosecution of Perpetrators of War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity and Genocide 

The signing of the Protocol is a recommendation from the structural dialogue on judicial reform.

This protocol will be implemented with the consent of the victims.

The signing of the Protocol was welcomed and fully supported by the EU representatives, representatives of the U.S. Department of Justice and the International Community in its aim of promoting cooperation between the countries in the region.

The signing ceremony was attended by the following representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH:

-        Acting Chief Prosecutor Jadranka Lokmić-Misirača

-        Newly appointed Chief Prosecutor Goran Salihović

-        Deputy Chief Prosecutor Vesna Budimir

-        Deputy Chief Prosecutor Dragan Čorlija

-        Prosecutor Munib Halilović

-        Prosecutor Dubravko Čampara
