Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Lidija ZEJNILOVIĆ - born on March 22, 1972 in Karlsruhe, Germany, residing in Brčko, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia - charging her with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyright under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment charges Lidija ZEJNILOVIĆ to have, during a certain period of time and up to September 16, 2011, put a number of illegally made copies of textbooks and books on the market in her photocopying shop in Brčko, without obtaining the permission of the author or other copyright holder, which is contrary to applicable legal provisions on copyrights.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
