Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against three persons charged with Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs.
The indictment was issued against the following persons:
- Milan MILAČIĆ, born on September 1, 1991 in Peć - Republic of Serbia, residing in Podgorica - Republic of Montenegro, citizen of the Republic of Serbia, currently in custody,
- Miloš PAVIČEVIĆ, born on August 31, 1991 in Podgorica - Republic of Montenegro where he resides, a citizen of the Republic of Montenegro, currently in custody, and
- Ivona VUČIĆ, born on May 13, 1991 in Podgorica - Republic of Montenegro where she resides, a citizen of the Republic of Montenegro.
The accused are charged to have, by prior arrangement with someone from the area of the Republic of Montenegro, agreed to purchase Cannabis - Marijuana. On October 10, 2012 the accused persons travelled towards the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina, in direction of the International border crossing "Klobuk" between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Montenegro, and have packed the aforementioned narcotic drug weighing 11,257.15 grams in 20 packages and have hidden them on several places inside the motor vehicle with Montenegrin registration plates, thus importing it into Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The accused are charged with illicit international trafficking of substances or preparations that are declared narcotic drugs by regulations, thereby committing the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
