JUDGES FROM MARIBOR VISITED THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE AND THE COURT OF BIH

Judges of the Higher, District and Municipal Courts from Maribor, the Republic of Slovenia, visited the Prosecutor's Office and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and discussed the history, jurisdiction and organization of the judicial institutions - the Prosecutor's Office and the Court of BiH.

Representatives of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH: International Prosecutor - Marjan POGAČNIK and Head of Public Relations Department - Boris GRUBEŠIĆ informed the guests from Slovenia about the history of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH from its inception in 2003 to date, its organization and departments as well as about the work and the results of this institution.

Approximately 40 judges from Slovenia, who are engaged in criminal and litigation departments, took part in the visit to the state level judicial institutions.
