The final verdict, confirming the first instance verdict, renders the accused Rijad RUSTEMPAŠIĆ an imprisonment sentence of 4 years and 6 months, the accused Abdulah HANDŽIĆ an imprisonment sentence of 3 years and 4 months and the accused Edis VELIĆ an imprisonment sentence of 3 years and 4 months.
The accused persons in this case were charged with preparing to commit terrorist acts in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the realization of which was hampered by the activities of the law enforcement agencies and the investigation of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
This verdict is the result of an effective cooperation of several law enforcement agencies in BiH.
