At the location of Hukino Brdo – Glogova, on the territory of Bratunac municipality, an exhumation was carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, resulting with the unearthing of the remains of one person - a war crimes victim killed in 1992.
The recovered remains were transported to the Commemorative Center in Tuzla for forensic processing and identification via DNA Analysis.
The exhumation process was supervised by an investigator of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and attended by representatives of the BiH Institute for Missing Persons, a doctor working in the field of forensic medicine, workers and machinery of the Commemorative Center Tuzla as well as representatives of the RS MoI who have secured the scene.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH, along with other law enforcement agencies and institutions involved in the process of tracing and identifying the missing persons in BiH, continues its activities in the process of tracing and exhuming the missing in all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
