The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Zehrudin NADAREVIĆ charging him with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion under Article 210, Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Zehrudin NADAREVIĆ- born on November 13, 1982 in Sarajevo, where he resides, citizen of BiH.
The accused Zehrudin NADAREVIĆ is charged with having, in the period from April 1 to April 30, 2011, as a responsible person and the director of the company "Big Fruit" d.o.o. (Ltd) Cazin, failed to show the realization (sales) of goods in the amount of 458,433.93 KM (BAM) of the "Big Fruit" d.o.o..Cazin, on basis of which he did not properly calculate the liabilities arising from value added tax, and he failed to report the actual realization of works and services.
According to the indictment, Zehrudin NADAREVIĆ has in this way caused damage to the BiH budget for the total amount of 77,933.00 KM (BAM).
The accused Zehrudin NADAREVIĆ is alleged to have evaded payments prescribed by BiH tax legislation, by providing false information on facts that are important for determining the amount of tax liabilities, thereby committing the criminal offense under Article 210, Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
