The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against S.H. charging him with Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs.
Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against S.H. (1978) from Zenica, BiH citizen.
The accused is charged with international trafficking of narcotic drugs, "Speed" and "Cocaine."
The indictment charges the accused to have committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1, all in conjunction with Article 54 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
