Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the BiH Prosecutor's Office has filed an Indictment against Đ.D., resident of Trebinje, citizen of BiH.
The accused Đ.D. is charged with putting into circulation excise goods - various brands of cigarettes of a larger value, not marked with control and tax stamps in the manner prescribed by the BiH tax legislation, whereby he committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products in violation of Article 210a, Paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Furthermore, Đ.D. is charged with an unauthorized keeping of several pieces of firearms and ammunition without appropriate authorization and documentation, namely the following: a hunting rifle, a 7.65mm caliber Škorpion pistol with three clips and 25 bullets of 7.65mm caliber, a 7.65mm caliber CZ pistol with a clip and 7 bullets of 7.65 caliber, a clip for a 7.62mm caliber TT pistol, 11 hunting bullets of 12mm caliber, 33 bullets for 7.65 caliber pistol, 3 pistol bullets of 7.62 caliber, 9 pistol bullets of 7.62 caliber, 129 bullets for 9mm CAL pistol and a clip for CZ 99 pistol, and keeping such firearms and ammunition is forbidden or limited to citizens, whereby he committed the criminal offense of Illegal Manufacturing and Trade in Weapons or Explosive Substances in violation of Article 399, Paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska.
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
