Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an Indictment against:
- D. G., resident of Trebinje, citizen of BiH, and
- B. G., resident of Trebinje, with prior convictions, citizen of BiH.
The Indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH charges D.G. and B.G. with putting into circulation or selling excise goods- cigarettes of various brands not marked with control and tax stamps in the manner prescribed by the BiH tax legislation, whereby they committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210(a) of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
