The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment for the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Almedin MUSIC aka "Dino", born on November 3, 1989 in Zenica, residing in the municipality of Travnik, BiH citizen.
The accused Almedin MUSIĆ came into possession, in a yet undetermined way, of a 100,00 KM counterfeit banknote well aware that it was a counterfeit because of its obvious discrepancy in terms of paper quality and printing in comparison to genuine banknotes. On May 27, 2011 he put the aforementioned banknote into circulation by way of using this banknote to pay the bill for a drink taken at a cafe in Travnik.
The accused is charged to have obtained counterfeit money with the aim of putting it into circulation as genuine, thereby committing the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
