The suspect Božidar Stanišljević (61) was handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he was questioned by the Assigned Prosecutor as a suspect for the criminal offense of Terrorism.
After questioning, the Assigned Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutors Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand the aforementioned suspect in custody for 30 days.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH is, in cooperation with the Republika Srpska MoI and other law enforcement agencies in BiH, undertaking intensive activities on gathering evidence in order to shed some light on the event in which a large quantity of arms and explosives was found in the sports hall "Borik" in Banja Luka.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH cannot provide more information to the public due to the need to protect the objectives of the investigation.
