Early this morning, Bosiljko Kraljević, born on 02 December 1965 in Obri in Konjic Municipality, resident of Čapljina, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, was deprived of liberty in the area of Čapljina, upon the order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as he is suspected of war crimes committed in the territory of Mostar.

As a continuation of previous activities, authorized officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) have located and deprived of liberty another suspect in the area of Sarajevo, upon the order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This suspect is a former member of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ARBiH).

Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against Svetozar Kosorić, born on 22 May 1953 in the village of Kusače, in the Municipality of Han Pijesak, who resides permanently in Belgrade, in the Republic of Serbia, and has the citizenship of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The accused Radivoje Lučić (1974) concluded an Agreement on admission of guilt. The sentence proposed is five year imprisonment, forfeiture of items used in the commission of criminal offenses and obligation of compensation of the amount obtained by selling narcotic drugs.
