PROHIBITING MEASURES PROPOSED FOR SUSPECT RADE MACURA (1963)

Having questioned the suspect deprived of liberty by order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes in charge of the case put forward a Motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeking prohibiting measures to be ordered to the suspect Rade Macura (1963) from Gradiška, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

PROHIBITING MEASURES PROPOSED FOR SUSPECT RADE MACURA (1963)

The suspect is under investigation for the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians, committed in the area of Gradiška, in 1992.

The requested prohibiting measures include, inter alia, prohibition from leaving the place of residence, with mandatory reporting to the competent police station, travel ban, prohibition of issuance of travel documents, prohibition of the use of the ID card to cross the state border, and prohibition from meeting witnesses in this case.

These prohibiting measures will ensure unhindered conduct and completion of the investigation that the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is conducting together with partner agencies and institutions.
