SEARCHES UNDERWAY IN TUZLA AND SREBRENICA AREAS, ON ORDER OF BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

These activities are related to persons suspected of illegal actions in connection with the 2020 election process.

On an Order of a Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, SIPA police officers are conducting searches at several locations in the areas of Tuzla and Srebrenica.

These activities are being carried out as part of the case of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in which several persons are suspected of association for the purpose of committing criminal offenses, as well as of the commission of the criminal offenses of violation of electoral rights and unauthorized use of personal data.

The unlawful conduct that is subject to investigation is related to the 2020 election process and the alleged manipulations and illegal actions surrounding the citizens’ applications to vote from abroad.
