SECOND SUSPECT IN CASE OF ABUSE OF OFFICE AND EXTORTION SURRENDERS HIMSELF TO BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

As part of the case in which the suspected SIPA Inspector Darko Marčetić (1974) was deprived of liberty, the second suspect in the aforementioned case has also surrendered himself to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

SECOND SUSPECT IN CASE OF ABUSE OF OFFICE AND EXTORTION SURRENDERS HIMSELF TO BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

The suspect Adnan Aličić, born in 1979 in Ključ, will be handed over to the Prosecutor in charge of the case, and the decision regarding further activities in this case will be made after the questioning of the suspect.

The suspects in this joint case of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and SIPA are under investigation for the criminal offence of Abuse of Office or Official Authority, as referred to in Article 220 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the criminal offence of Extortion, as referred to in Article 295, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
