This accused person is charged with the commission of a war crime against victims of Bosniak ethnicity in Zaklopača, in Milići Municipality, in the spring of 1992, while he was a member of the Army of Republika Srpska in Milići.

The crime charged against this accused person was committed on 17 May 1992, during the organized army and police attack on the village of Zaklopača.
