Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Ramiz HALILOVIĆ, born on April 3, 1993 in Csongrád in Hungary, residing in the municipality of Zvornik, BiH citizen.
The indictment of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH charges Ramiz HALILOVIĆ to have, once he came into possession of a counterfeit bank note in denomination of 100.00 BAM in a manner known to him, on September 9, 2012 at about 10 PM put the aforementioned banknote into circulation by way of paying for drinks at one catering facility in Janja - municipality of Bijeljina although he knew it was a counterfeit.
The accused is charged to have put counterfeit banknote into circulation, thereby committing the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
