The Prosecutor's Office of BiH is surprised by today's acquitting verdict against Dragan Nešković and Zoran Ilić.
The Prosecutor’s Office Indictment of 13 September 2010 charged Dragan Nešković and Zoran Ilić with the criminal offence of Crimes against Humanity in violation of Article 172 CC BiH.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH will file an appeal after it receives and analyzes the written verdict.
