Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against three persons who are charged to have jointly committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, all in conjunction with Articles 54 and 29 of the same Code.

An exhumation was carried out on May 23, 2012 at Koraj a place located in Lopare municipality at the site of Čaršija settlement under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. The remains of one person, presumably male, were exhumed.

The identity of the victim shall be determined through subsequent analysis.

An exhumation was carried out in Foča municipality under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. The exhumation was carried out at two micro-locations of Foča municipality, at the left and right bank of the river Drina resulting with the uncovery of two human bones.
