JOINT STATEMENT OF THE HEADS OF 4 INSTITUTIONS ON INVESTIGATION IN BUDIMIR ET AL. CASE

30.05.2013. 15:13 In view of continuous media appearances of the President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Živko Budimir, pertaining to the alleged political reasons for his arrest and prosecution, and due to a series of other inaccurate allegations presented in the media with regards to the investigation and prosecution of Mr. Živko Budimir, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and law enforcement agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina (SIPA, OSA BiH and the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies) would like to inform the public of the actual facts and reiterate that the presented allegations are entirely inaccurate, and that all the actions and measures of the law enforcement agencies have been undertaken in compliance with the laws and Constitutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST RATKO VASIĆ (1983) FOR COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY

28.05.2013. 15:10 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against one person for counterfeiting of money.

PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH WILL FILE AN APPEAL AGAINST THE DECISION TO TERMINATE CUSTODY IN THE CASE OF ŽIVKO BUDIMIR AND OTHERS

27.05.2013. 15:17 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has received the Decision of the Court of BiH on termination of custody and it will file an Appeal to such a Court’s Decision in a timely fashion, within the next three days, moving the Court to re-order custody in this case.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST EDINA KLJAJIĆ (1980)

22.05.2013. 15:06 Prosecutor of the Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against Edina Kljajić, born on 27 May 1980 in Cazin, where she also resides, citizen of BiH, for the Impermissible Use of Copyrights.

22.05.2013. 14:59 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has put forward a motion with the Court of BiH seeking extension of custody against five persons deprived of liberty on 26 April 2013, during the Patriot and Pravda /Justice/ actions, who have been in custody since 27 April 2013 pursuant to the decision of the Court of BiH, namely for the following persons:  

VOJISLAV ILINČIĆ (1973) ENTERED INTO A PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT

21.05.2013. 15:15 The person accused of the Smuggling of Persons has entered into a Plea Agreement admitting guilt. The accused Vojislav Ilinčić, born on 29 April 1973 in Brčko, resident of Pelagićevo, citizen of BiH, accused of the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons, as referred to in Article 189, Paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of BiH, as read with Article 29 of the Criminal Code of BiH, has entered into a Plea Agreement admitting guilt.
