10.07.2013. 15:01 Acting on the orders of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, authorized officers of SIPA and an investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH found a large quantity of weapons, explosives and anti tank devices at the site of the village Kaloševići, near Tešanj.

THE ACCUSED JOSIP JONJIĆ (1968) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

09.07.2013. 15:02 The accused Josip Jonjić, born on April 28, 1968 in Zenica where he resides, citizen of BiH, charged with the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 217, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, - entered into plea agreement with the Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST NEDIM MILANOVIĆ (1969)

09.07.2013. 14:59 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Nedim MILANOVIĆ, charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

05.07.2013. 15:06 Prosecutor's office of bih appealed the length of the sentence and the acquitting part of the verdict to Milorad Živković as well as the judgment rejecting the charges of war crimes committed in Čajniče for Duško Tadić.

A PERSON SUSPECTED OF THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF WAR CRIMES AGAINST CIVILIANS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

04.07.2013. 15:17 By order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH Josip Tolić, suspected of having committed the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, was deprived of liberty. BiH Border Police officers deprived the suspect of liberty by order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

EXHUMATION OF CIVILIAN VICTIMS KILLED DURING THE PAST WAR CARRIED OUT IN BROD

04.07.2013. 15:14 An exhumation was carried out at the location of Gornja Barica, on July 3, 2013 under the supervision of an Investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. Fragmented skeletal remains were unearthed but at this point it is not clear whether the remains belong to one or several persons.

THE ACCUSED SPOMENKO RAGUŽ (1976) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT
