Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH - Goran Salihović and Prosecutors of the Special Department for War Crimes met with representatives of associations of war crimes victims from Republika Srpska: Mrs. Smilja Mitrović and Mr. Zoran Šebez from the Association of the families of missing soldiers and civilians of Semberija and Majevica.      

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST VUKOMAN LAKETIĆ (1957) FOR PREVENTING AN OFFICIAL PERSON IN THE EXERCISE OF OFFICIAL DUTY

Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Vukoman Laketić - born on June 12, 1957 in the village of Slatina, Municipality of Pljevlja - Montenegro, where he resides, with prior convictions, citizen of the Republic of Montenegro - charging him with the criminal offence of Preventing an Official Person in the Exercise of Official Duty under Article 241a, Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code of BH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TWO PERSONS FOR WAR CRIMES COMMITTED IN KOTOR VAROŠ

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MLAĐEN KEKEROVIĆ (1968) FOR CUSTOMS FRAUD. BIH BUDGET DAMAGES AMOUNT TO BAM 32 000.

The Prosecutor, Head of the Section for Economic Crime in the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Mlađen Kekerović - born on February 15, 1968 in Kotor Varoš, residing in Laktaši, citizen of BiH and Serbia, currently in custody.
