25.06.2014. 15:09 By order of a Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, early this morning in Zenica police officers of SIPA, arrested the suspect Čoloman Jasmin - born on September 10, 1975 in Zenica, BiH citizen.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST 4 PERSONS FOR COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY

24.06.2014. 15:14 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against four persons charging them with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, in conjunction with the continued criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205 of the CC BiH.

24.06.2014. 12:33 By order of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Border Police and SIPA officers arrested three more suspects within the framework of the operation combating financial crime and corruption codenamed “Pandora”.

23.06.2014. 15:17 As requested by a Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an International Arrest Warrant has been issued after a suspect from the Pandora case, who is employed as a Chief of the Customs Branch-Office in Gradiška.  

DOBOJ EXHUMATION CONTINUES. THE REMAINS OF 22 VICTIMS UNEARTHED SO FAR

23.06.2014. 13:12 The exhumation process continued at the location of Usora in Doboj municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.  From the beginning of the process to date complete remains of 18 and incomplete remains of 4 war crimes victims were unearthed.

PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH WILL BE INVOLVED IN THE INVESTIGATION OF THE BURNING OF THE STATE FLAG THAT HAS TAKEN PLACE IN SEVERAL BIH TOWNS.

20.06.2014. 14:00 Following the reports of police authorities on the burning of the flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina in several towns in the country, the Chief Prosecutor decided that the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will be involved in the investigation of these events as there are elements of the criminal offense of provoking and incitement to ethnic hatred and intolerance within them.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR WAR CRIMES COMMITTED IN THE VILLAGE OF KUKAVICE NEARBY ROGATICA

19.06.2014. 14:49 The indictment is issued against four accused persons, former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are charged with war crime in which more than 20 ethnic Serb victims were killed.
