The accused Nan Wang has entered into a Plea Agreement admitting guilt for the criminal offense of Tax Evasion, as referred to in Article 210, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Ranko Radulović, born on 19 June 1947 in Modriča Municipality, citizen of BiH, charged with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights, as referred to in Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the BiH CC, has entered into a Plea Agreement with the Prosecutor of the Department III of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, admitting guilt.
Pursuant to the Order issued by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, authorized law enforcement officers of the Police Department of FBiH and Republika Srpska Ministry of the Interior participated in an international action codenamed ‘Elenika’.
Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will lodge an Appeal because custody was not ordered against the suspects of war crimes in Rogatica, in the case of Marković et al
