21.04.2015. 15:30 Under the auspices of the United Nations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Chief Prosecutor of Bosnia and Herzegovina Goran Salihović, the Attorney General of the Republic of Croatia Dinko Cvitan, the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia Vladimir Vukčević and the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Bosnia and Herzegovina Yuri Afanasiev, signed today the guidelines for enhancing regional co-operation in war crimes processing and search for missing persons.

REPRESENTATIVES OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION PAID A VISIT TO THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

15.04.2015. 14:46 Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) acted upon the order of a Prosecutor from the Section for Terrorism within the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and deprived the suspect Kenan Kršo (1976) from Sarajevo of liberty.

08.04.2015. 15:04 Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has put forward a Motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposing pre-trial custody against the suspect Vahid Bajrektarević, born on 18 September 1970 in Bužim, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who is suspected of the criminal offense of War Crimes against Prisoners of War, as referred to in Article 175 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Zdenko Andabak, born on 21 November 1968 in Livno, where he also resides, 2. Muamir Jašarević aka Babo, born on 25 May 1968 in Bosanski Novi, a resident of Bihać, and 3. Sead Velagić, born on 25 October 1966 in Livno, a resident of Sarajevo.
