INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MARIJAN PERKOVIĆ (1976) FOR COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY
06.09.2013. 15:16Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued indictment against Marijan Perković - born on September 23, 1976 in Livno, residing in Sarajevo, with prior convictions, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The accused Marijan Perković is charged to have, on March 7, 2003, paid for goods at the florists in Sarajevo with a counterfeit banknote of 200.00 BAM, well aware that the banknote was a counterfeit.
As alleged in the indictment, the accused was discovered by a florist who called the police. During his search the authorized officers of Ilidža PD found and seized two counterfeit bills in denominations 200.00 BAM, which were in possession of the accused and which he knew to be counterfeit.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
