27.10.2014. 11:33 Having received the Decision of the Court at 8 AM this morning, the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will lodge an Appeal with this Court within the statutory time limit and appeal the decision to not grant custody against the suspects in the Gibraltar case, and it will request that the measure of custody be ordered.

KRISTIJAN MAJIĆ (1993) ENTERED INTO A PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT

21.10.2014. 14:48 The accused Kristijan Majić, born on 08 October 1993 in Čapljina, where he also resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime, as referred to in Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money, as referred to in Article 205 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has entered into a Plea Agreement admitting his guilt.

21.10.2014. 14:14 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in charge of the respective case has lodged an Appeal against the Decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina terminating the measure of custody against the suspects Nenad Petrović (1966) and Mića Trifković (1969) and ordering prohibitive measures instead.

15.10.2014. 15:35 The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against two persons charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime, as referred to in Article 250, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money, as referred to in Article 205 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
