PERSON ACCUSED OF ILLICIT TRAFFICKING OF NARCOTIC DRUGS CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENT; IMPRISONMENT OF TWO AND A HALF YEARS PROPOSED
21.08.2019. 11:23The accused Marko Krizmanić, born in 1974 in Linz, Republic of Austria, a citizen of the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina pleaded guilty.
The accused pleaded guilty to smuggling about 25 kilograms of narcotic drug Marijuana. The drugs were discovered and seized at the Gradiška border crossing, and the smuggling was perpetrated in a specially made compartment in the vehicle.
The Prosecution proposes that the accused be sentenced to two (2) years and six (6) months imprisonment, as well as that he be imposed a security measure seizure of items used in the commission of the offense, including a mobile phone with an associated SIM card and a motor vehicle.
With this agreement the accused fully admitted the responsibility for the crime committed and waived his right to a trial and the right to appeal the judgment rendered by the Court of BiH pursuant to the agreement.
