The aforementioned accused has signed the Plea Agreement in the presence of his defence attorney and the Prosecutor in charge of the respective case, thus fully admitting his guilt for the commission of the criminal offences he is charged with by the Indictment. Pursuant to this Plea Agreement, the Prosecutor agrees that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina imposes upon the accused a sentence of imprisonment for a term of two (2) years, as well as that all the objects used for the perpetration of the criminal offense in question be forfeited, including mobile phones and a package of the narcotic drug in the approximate quantity of one (1) kilogram, which was temporarily seized during the search.

By signing this Plea Agreement, the accused waives his right to appeal to the Judgment rendered against him by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the basis of this Plea Agreement.

This Plea Agreement has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
