A PERSON SUSPECTED OF HAVING COMMITTED WAR CRIMES IN DRETELJ CAMP WAS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY
08.02.2013. 15:14The Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH suspects Frano VULIĆ with having, as a member of the HVO's III Company of the Military Police Battalion Ćapljina, shot three Bosniak prisoners with an automatic rifle on July 14, 1993 at about 2:00 p.m. in Dretelj camp in Čapljina Municipality, where Bosniak men were detained.
The suspect Frano VULIĆ is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph c) in conjunction with Article 180, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
Following the questioning the Assigned Prosecutor shall file a custody motion for the suspect.
