INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS
21.09.2012. 15:12As alleged in the indictment, Nikola PANDURICA took 1006 grams of narcotic drug Cannabis - Marijuana from unknown persons in the Republic of Montenegro. This substance is declared a narcotic drug by legal conventions and provisions and its transport is prohibited under the applicable provisions of the Law on the Prevention and Suppression of Narcotic Drugs ("Official Gazette of BiH" no.8/06).
Nikola Pandurica stashed the aforementioned drugs in a motor vehicle in order to carry it into Bosnia and Herzegovina, in which he failed due to the intervention of authorized officers at the international border crossing "Zupci".
The accused Nikola PANDURICA attempted to transfer a substance, which is declared a narcotic drug by regulations, across the border and is thus charged with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH.
