INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR IMPERMISSIBLE USE OF COPYRIGHTS
05.07.2012. 15:31Denis Agičić is charged to have, on January 18, 2011 at a sales booth in Cazin, kept in the aim of putting them into circulation 2853 pirated sound and image carriers (CDs and DVDs), without the consent of the author or other copyright holder or a person authorized to give permission and well aware that these were counterfeits i.e. items manufactured contrary to Article 20 and 22 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH" No.63/10).
The accused Denis AGIČIĆ is charged to have reproduced, copied, graphically processed and kept Copyrights for the purpose of putting them into circulation without permission of the author or other copyright holder by which he committed the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
